Is there any cost to become a partner?+
None whatsoever. There is no application fee, no monthly partner fee, and no minimum commitment. This is a true partnership — we only succeed when you succeed.
Is the platform really fully white-labeled?+
Yes. Your clients will see your logo, your brand colours, and your domain name. Empire is completely invisible. The platform runs as your product, not ours.
How and when do I get paid?+
Partner revenue is paid monthly via bank transfer or your nominated payment method. You receive your earnings within the first week of each calendar month for the prior month's activity.
Do I need to provide any support to my clients?+
We recommend you stay the primary relationship for your clients. Empire provides comprehensive in-app help, onboarding, and a support team that operates under your brand name. You can escalate any technical issue to us directly.
Can I set my own pricing for my clients?+
Yes. Our pricing is a wholesale rate — what you charge your clients is entirely up to you. Many partners bundle Empire as part of a broader service package at a premium price point.
What if I already have clients on a similar tool?+
We have a migration program to help move clients from other platforms. Many partners use the transition as an opportunity to upgrade their clients and increase their own revenue per client.
